Rental Returns

All rental items from Warmhandmade must be returned according to the terms specified in your rental agreement. We provide pickup services to ensure convenient and safe return of all items.

Return Condition

Rental items must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered, except for normal wear and tear. Items should be:

Clean and free from excessive dirt or stains

Undamaged and in working order

Complete with all original components and accessories

Properly prepared for pickup as specified in your rental agreement

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellations or early returns are subject to the terms of your rental agreement:

Cancellation Refunds

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a full or partial refund

Early Returns

Early returns do not automatically qualify for refunds unless specified in your agreement

Service Issues

Refunds may be provided if we are unable to fulfill our service obligations
